The timetable depends on whether the spouses can use administrative registration or need a court decision. For divorce registration based on a joint application, the Public Service Development Agency lists five working days after filing.
A court case has a different timetable. Disputes about children or property, service of documents abroad and appeals can extend proceedings. The five-day registration period should not be treated as a promise about litigation.

Yes. We assist with incorporating Georgian companies, purchasing ready-made companies and preparing the related shareholder, director and corporate documents. We also assess eligibility for Virtual Zone and International Company status where relevant.

Virtual asset service providers are subject to registration with the National Bank of Georgia. Incorporating a company is not a substitute for that registration. Activities involving payments, securities or other financial services require a separate assessment.

Foreign nationals can generally acquire apartments and non-agricultural commercial property. Agricultural land is governed by separate restrictions and limited statutory exceptions; the same answer does not apply to every type of land.

No. High Net Worth Individual tax residency concerns a person's tax status under the Tax Code. It is not an immigration residence permit and does not, by itself, grant a right to live or work in Georgia.

Citizenship by way of exception is a discretionary decision of the President of Georgia based on the statutory grounds, including exceptional merit or state interests. It is not an automatic entitlement obtained by paying a fee or making an investment.
